Your phone, a simple light and a little mic. That's it. We set it up together so it works at home too.

Get comfortable on camera
Get at ease with talking head, or "yap" style, Reels, where it's just you talking to the camera. What to say, where to look and how to stop overthinking. Coached one woman at a time, until it feels natural.

Edit it and post it
Turn your clips into a Reel with Instagram's free Edits app, then post it. Step by step, with help right beside you.
